Grant by John atte Nalder, of New Windsor, and Joan, his wife, to William Botte, of the same, of a cottage and a curtilage adjacent situated in Spytelstrete between the land of the hospital on the north and the messuage, sometime of Robert Bourne, sometime of John Riche, on the south, and extending at one end onto the King's way on the west and at the other onto the land of the hospital on the east.
Witnesses: Robert Wythele, William Tyler, John Chyppes, Richard Smyth, John Scriveyn and others. Given at Windsor 3 March 10 Henry IV.
