Grant by John Maghtyld, senior, of New Windsor, to Philip Lacy, Geoffrey Plumpton, Thomas Harpecote, John Chestr', John Crowdecote, John de la Mare and John Maghtyld, junior, of a moiety of a messuage and garden adjacent in New Windsor in the fee of Clywar between the messuage of John Bromyng and the messuage of Hugh Tangele, sometime of William Fanner, and extending from the King's way to the tenement of the said Hugh Tangele, sometime of John Smyth, which the grantor had of the gift of John Massyngham, clerk.
Witnesses: John Gardyner, John Towe, John Pownfreyt, John Phyllyp, William atte Pulle and others. Given at Windsor Tuesday after the feast of the apostles Peter and Paul 10 Henry IV.
