Grant by Margaret Bromyng, daughter of the late William Drauspere, of New Windsor in her full liege power and widowhood, to John Cristemasse of all her right in a tenement in Windsor in the fee of the lord of Clywar, which was sometime of John le Spencer, between the tenement sometime of Geoffrey Lewkenore, now of Alice Place, and the tenement of Richard Alkeshulle, late of SIr John de Massyngham, which the grantor had of the gift of William, her father.
Witnesses: Robert Wythele, steward of the merchant guild of the town, Thomas Wysshele, John Screveyn, then bailiffs, John Gardiner, John Philipp, Thomas Fayrfelde, John Page and many others. Given at Windsor 12 April 11 Henry IV.
