Grant by Richard Horsulle, citizen and grocer of London, and Agnes, his wife, to William Kent, of New Windsor, of 3 roods of arable land lying separately in Windsor in the fee of the abbot of Redynge, of which 2 lie together on Ouhtlesham between the land of Thomas Harpecote on the east and the land of Thomas Fayrfelde on the west, and the third lies between the land of the abbot on the north and the land of Thomas atte Novene on the south, extending from the land of the said Thomas to the land of Nicholas Caperon.
Witnesses: Thomas Harpecote, John T(owe), John Pomfreyt, John Mathew, Walter Bernard, John Bullok, junior, Thomas Magynhod and many others. Given at Windsor Friday before the feast of St Margaret the virgin 11 Henry IV.
