Messuage with edifices, yards, gardens and backsides between a messuage of the College late in the occupation of Richard Dale, carpenter, on the east and south parts and a tenement of Henry Keynes on the west side. For 21 years from Michaelmas last at 14s 8d and a couple of capons or 4s in lieu.
