Counterpart lease of tenement in Underore, New Windsor, to Henry Jackson of New Windsor, yeoman, on surrender of lease to Thomas Ram. Tenement with garden and backside in the parish of Clewer in the occupation of Henry Jackson and adjoining next unto a College tenement where Widow Seller lately dwelt, together with a stable on the other side of the street adjoining a tenement where Thomas Tootynge now dwells with a little yard on the backside of the said stable. For 32 years from Christmas last, at 23s 4d.
