Counterpart lease of tenement in Windsor and Spital Chapel to Henry Rawson of New Windsor, gent. Messuage 34ft in length with an orchard in the backside containing from the threshold of the street door into the end of the orchard 59 yards in length and in breadth 33 feet at the west end and 30ft on the east, in New Windsor in a place called Underore upon the east side of the king's high street near unto Windsor Bridge butting toward the west between 2 tenements of M ... Allen deceased and also their tenement called St Peter's Chapel alias Spital Chapel lying at the west end of Windsor with the yard and other appurtenances thereto belonging, sometime in the occupation of Maude Bradshaw or her assigns. For 40 years from Michaelmas last, 20s and a couple of capons.
