Counterpart lease of a tenement in Windsor to Leonard Woodson of the Castle of New Windsor, gent. Tenement with all commodities between a tenement of the College of Windsor on the north and the Dean's stable on the south, and abuts the king's highway west and a garden plot called Oldhouses east. For 40 years from the Feast of the Annunciation last past, at 5s and a couple of capons or 4s in lieu.
