Counterpart lease of a messuage near Beere Lane to John Finch of New Windsor, tallow chandler, on surrender of a lease to Thomas Rickman of New Windsor, locksmith. Messuage with garden and backside etc in New Windsor in a street near Beere Lane between tenements where William Deller on the west side and Widow Wells on the east side, both deceased, lately dwelt. For 21 years from Michaelmas last, at 20s and repairs.
