Counterpart lease of a tenement and stable in Underore in the parish of Clewer to John Smith of New Windsor, cooper. Tenement adjoining a College tenement where Widow Deller lately dwelt. With a stable on the other side of the street adjoining a tenement formerly of Thomas Tooting, with a little yard at the back of the stable lately in the occupation of Henry Jackson. For 21 years from Annunciation last past, at 23s 4d and a couple of capons.
