Content description
Counterpart lease of messuage in Underore in the parish of Clewer with a stable opposite to John Finch of New Windsor, tallow chandler, on the surrender of the former lease. Messuage wherein Thomas Walter deceased dwelt wth the backside and garden, in New Windsor in the parish of Clewer near Beare Lane and between 2 other tenements of the College wherein Robert Ramme dwelt on the east and Richard Neale on the west, together with one of 3 stables in New Windsor in Underhower directly over the way against the tenement aforesaid lately in the occupation of Thomas Bartyon deceased and also the third part of the backside belonging to the stable. For 21 years from Annunciation last past, at 25s and 4s in lieu of a couple of capons.
