Leases of three tenements near Beer Lane, Windsor, to Isaac Clegg of New Windsor, victualler. 3 tenements late or newly erected in place of late messuage formerly called Kirkman's, with garden, backside adjoining, between two other College tenements, the one on the west called The Angel, adjacent to Thames Street on the south and the garden of late belonging to Mr Frith on the north, containing in front 36 feet.
