Content description
Leases and counterparts of 4 small messuages late coachhouses in Bear Lane, New Windsor in the parish of Clewer. Coachhouses and stables adjoining Bear Lane on the West (1786); tenements by 1793. Abuttals given; in lease of 1802, length of front to Bear Lane 29ft 7ins, on the east 75ft 2ins, including small necessary house at the lower end of 6ft 8ins in length and 3ft in breadth, 24ft 6ins on the north and 26ft 6ins on south; in draft 1835 amendments, messuage or tenement with the Chain House and room over erected by Thomas Sharatt on part of certain premises formerly consisting of four small tenements.
