Counterpart lease of 3 messuages in one roof in Castle Street to Benjamin Poynder of New Windsor, tallow chandler, on surrender of lease to William Kimber. 3 messuages in one frame or roof abutting on a street formerly called High Street, now Castle Street, near the Castle gate on the north, on which part they contain 47ft 4 ins, the upper side abutting on a street formerly called Fish Street, now Church Street on the east and 33ft 8 ins in length, the lower end on Butcher Row on the west, 17ft 3 ins in length, and on the south adjoining a tenement of the Dean and Canons and a tenement formerly of Elizabeth Sleech deceased, formerly in the occupation of William Kimber, apothecary, now known by the sign of The Round Tower.
