Counterpart lease of a tenement in Thames Street to John Secker of New Windsor, gent., on surrender of lease to Roger Cutler of Eton, plumber. Messuage with garden, orchard and backside now in the occupation of John Secker in Underore in Thames Street, adjoining a tenement in the occupation of Richard Clarke, shopkeeper on the north, a tenement belonging to Henry Sharwood called The Rose on the south, on the street and on the west [sic] where it contains 34ft breadth and from the threshold of the street door to the east end of the garden and orchard 59 yards on which end it abuts the garden or orchard of James Snowden. For 21 years from 10 October (Old Michaelmas) last, at 40s and 4s in lieu of capons
