Lease of messuage and stable in the town of New Windsor to John Fishborne of New Windsor, gentleman, with 3 acres of arable in a field in the parish of New Windsor called the Worth, one head abutting the garden of John Fishborne, and a tenement late in the tenure of the Dean and Canons of Windsor on the north and the other head on the lands of John Browne on the south, the other two sides adjoining to the pit there called Batchelor's Acre on the south and east parts and the orchard sometime Roger Stackhouse now William Reeves in the occupation of Henry Browne baker on the west.
