Content description
Counterpart leases of stable and ground in Le Worth to William Foster of New Windsor, brewer. Stable with ground late belonging to a messuage heretofore there standing with 3 acres of land in a field called Le Worth, formerly arable, now part of which is an orchard and abuts north on a passage or walk leading from the dwelling house late of Richard Fishburn in part, a garden of a tenement of the Dean and Chapter in possession of Mr Randall in part and the garden of an inn formerly called the Unicorn, upon the Pitchfield towrads the south, the west side of the same upon the orchard in the occupation of William Caukett, and east upon a pit called Batchelors Acre in part and a piece of land formerly belonging to Mr Topham, between which and Batchelors acre is half an acre, part of the said 3 acres.
