Windsor, Berkshire: Grant of garden

Grant by Richard Horsylle, late of New Windsor, to Richard Smyth, of the same, of a garden lying in Wyndesor Underore in the fee of the abbot of Redynge between the garden of the said Richard Smyth on the south and the garden of the said Richard Smyth on the west, and bounded by the common Underore called Bradle. And grant of 6d yearly quit rent lying in the burgage of Windsor from a tenement late called Richard Caperon and now James Chaundeler between the tenement of Thomas Fayrefild which is called Ram on the south and the tenement of John Kyngham on the north.
Witnesses: William Scherman, steward of the merchant guild of the town, John Bullok, Stephen Wade, bailiffs, James Chaundeler, Robert Cotrell, Henry Hunte and many others. Given at Windsor Thursday after the feast of the Translation of St Thomas the Martyr 4 Henry VI.
