Indenture by which Richard Mathewe, of Wyncestr’, chaundeler, in spite of a grant (ECR 13 726) to Richard Smyth, of lands of Underor, wills that if the said Richard Smyth and Emma, his wife, enjoy peaceful possession of a grange with a curtilage in Underor (granted ECR 13 725) then the other grant ECR 13 726 is to be annulled.
