Grant by Richard Smyth, of New Windsor, to Roger Fassenham, of the King's household, and Christian, his wife, of 3 tenements with 3 gardens adjacent in Underore in the fee of the abbot of Radynge between the tenement of Ralph Bullok on the west and the tenement of Thomas Caperon on the east, extending onto the garden of the Holy Trinity of New Windsor, which John Stanford lately held, and the garden sometime of John Petyte on the north and the other ends onto the King's way which leads towards the mill on the south. Yearly rent 12d, payable in equal portions at the feast of the Annunciation and at Michaelmas. To be held by the said Roger and Christian, and the heirs of their bodies, with remainder to Agnes, daughter of the said Christian and the heirs of her body, with remainder to the right heirs of the said Richard Smyth.
Witnesses: John Bayle, William Elmeshale, Geoffrey Pastey, Thomas Profet, Thomas Coupere, and many others. Given at Windosr Thursday before the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist 16 Henry VI.
