Grant by Robert Fors, of New Windsor, to Robert Bolley, squier, and Elizabeth, his wife, of a messuage in Windsor in Underor in the fee of the abbot of Redynge situated between the messuage late of John Molle and the land late of Richard Caperon and extending from the King's way called Mullelane to the land of John Brytwelle, and 2 acres of meadow lying in Underor in the King's fee between the land of Richard Smyth and the land of the said Robert Bolley, and 3 half acres of arable land lying separately in Underor, of which ½ acre lies under le Downe between the land late of Richard Logardyn and the land late of John Place, and ½ acre lies in the same field between the land sometime of John Petreffelde and the land late of the said Richard Logardyn, and ½ lies at Shepgrove between the Thames and the land of William Bollok. Ralph Chyppies, then Mayor of the borough of Windsor, William Towe, Roger Sherman, then bailiffs there.
