Grant by John Clerk to Ralph Bullok, of New Windsor, son and heir of John Bullok, junior, late of the same, and Joan, his wife, of a tenement with a garden adjacent and an acre of meadow lying in Windsor in Underore in the fee of the abbot of Redyng, the tenement and garden between the land called Gloryes on the west and the land sometime of Nicholas Capron on the east, and the acre in the meadow called Ridyngmede between the land of the King on the north and the land of John Avelyn on the south; which the grantor, with Agnes, his wife, now defunct, had of the gift of the said Ralph Bullok and Joan, his wife.
Witnesses: John Avelyn, then mayor of New Windsor, Thomas Bluet, William White, William Rose, Robert Brampton and many others. Given at New Windsor 9 March 5 Edward IV.
