Grant by John Stanley and Alice, his wife, of New Windsor, co. Berks, to Stephen Marston, of the King's household and Isabel, his wife, of a virgate of arable land lying in the parish of New Windsor on the cultura of Astworth in Underore in the fee of the abbot of Redynge between land late of Robert Bolley on the east and the land late of John Towe on the west, and extending from the land of Robert Uppennore at one end to the land of the said Rober Uppenore, which they lately had of the gift of Matilda Bullocke, now defunct.
