Grant by Edmund Catesden, of New Windsor, co. Berks, husbondeman, to Stephen Merston, of the same, of 3 roods of arable land lying under le Downe in Underore in the fee of the abbot of Redyng between the land sometime of Robert Bolley on the south and the land of William Bullok on the north, extending at one end onto the acre of land sometime of Richard Smyth on the west and at the other onto the land of William Bolley on the east.
