Grant by John Gardiner, of Yvir, and William Godfrey, of Didworth in the parish of New Windsor, to Thomas Bithwode and Agnes, his wife, of 4 acres of arable land and 1 acre of meadow lying separately in the parish of Windsor and Clewar, of which 3 acres lie together between the land late of John Bithwode on the north and the land of the lord of Clewar on the south, extending at one end onto the land late of John Bithwode and Thomas at Hacche on the east and at the other onto the land late of John Chippis on the west, and the other acre of arable land lies in the field called le Werth between the land of Eton on the north and the land of John Ackelond on the south, extending at its end onto the land of Roger Waite, and 1 acre of meadow lies in le Schortschet between the land late of John Bithwode on the west (sic), extending at one end onto the land of the said Richard Smith on the south and at the other onto the tenement of William Geffrei on the north; which they had of the gift of the said John Bithwode.
