Grant by John Scotte, of Dorney, co. Buks, gentilman, and William Staverton, of Bray, co. Berks, esquire, to Henry Bost, clerk, Provost of the Royal College of the Blessed Mary of Eton, co. Buks, and the College of a tenement with gardens adjacent in New Windsor lying between the messuage sometime of Thomas Plomer on the north and the tenement and garden of John Perys sometime of John Philippe and the garden late of John Horne, junior, sometime of William Pope and the garden sometime of John Benfeld and the garden of Gilbert Saxilby and the garden of Richard Skynner and the lane called Tullyland on the south, extending at the east end onto the King's street, the garden of John Perys, and the garden late of John Horne and at the west end onto a dike called Gossewell dich, which they lately had together with Thomas Wyndesore, esquire, now defunct, and Robert Rede, late of New Windsor, still surviving, of the gift of Thomas Rolfe, who (the said Robert Rede) on the death of the said Thomas Wyndesore quitclaimed all his right in the premises by deed of 2 June 1 Henry VII.
