Final concord made in the King's court at Westminster Easter 5 Henry VIII before Robert Rede, John Botiller and William Fairfax, justices, and others, between Richard Fitzwater, Thomas Benet, William Pury and John Bekford, plaintiffs, and William Hynderlyng and Joan, his wife, deforciants, by which the latter acknowledge a toft, a croft and 2½ acres of land in New Windsor to be the right of the plaintiffs and have quitclaimed all their right thereto, for which the plaintiffs have paid 20 marks silver.
