Grant by William Caverley, of New Windsor, co. Berks, to Roger Lupton, Provost of the Royal College of the Blessed Mary of Eton, co. Buks, and the College, of a curtilage or messuage with a garden adjacent situated at le Spitill in the parish of Windsor between the land called Calemewescroft on the east and the King's way on the west, and extending at one end onto le Spetill mede on the north and at the other onto the land sometime of Richard Colwell on the south, which, together with Agnes, his wife, now defunct, he lately had of the gift of John Todde and William Canon, of Windsor. Given at Windsor 2 April 4 Henry VIII.
