Indented schedule of particulars of a lease 1695.
In primis 1 messuage at Spittle in New Windsor, co. Berks, called the Spittle farmehouse.
Item - 1 close or meadow adjoinging called Kytes mead, containing 7 acres in 2 closes, abutting on the highway leading to Windsor on the west and a close of meadow called the Bourne on the east and a little lane leading to the Bourne on the north and a mead late in occupation of Mr Thomas Addams, of New Windsor, on the south.
Item - 1 close of meadow near the Spittle Chappell, containing 2 acres, abutting on the highway on the west, the Bourne on the east and a by house and orchard of Mr Edward Ear on the north in the occupation of John Hargrave and a little lane on the south leading to the Bourne.
Item - 1 close of meadow called the Bourne, containing 3½ acres, abutting on Key's mead and on 2 acres heretofore mentioned, parcel of the demised premises, on the west, and on 13 acres hereinafter mentioned, parcel of the demised premises on the east, and on a long mead in the occupation of Mr Topham or his assigns on the south, and on a piece of meadow in the occupation of Mr George Lee or his assigns on the north.
Item - 1½ acres of meadow under Mr Edward Ear's orchard hedge on the north, by Mr Ear's 7 acres on the south, abutting on a little mead in the occupation of Mr ... or his assigns on the west and against a piece of meadow in the occupation of Mr George Lee on the west.
Item - 2 closes of arable land called the Spittle, containing 13 acres, abutting on the Bourn on the west, and on a piece of ploughed land in the occupation of Mr Nathaniell Lyford or his assigns on the east, and on a long mead in the occupation of Mr Topham or his assigns on the south, and on a piece of meadow in the occupation of Mr George Lee on the north.
Item - 3 acres of arable land abutting on Mr Fishburn's 2 acres on the north and on 1 acre of Mr Hollen (?) on the south and on a garden in the occupation of Richard Dean on the east.
Item - 2 acres of arable land abutting on Mr P...'s land on the north, and on 1 acre of Regnald Ranson's land on the south, and the highway on the west and 3 acres heretofore mentioned, parvel of the demised premises, on the east.
