Bloxham, Oxfordshire: Indenture of lease of rectory

Indenture of lease by the Provost and College, to Joan Kendall, widow of the Henry Kendall, gentleman, deceased, of the rectory or parsonage of Bloxham with all lands belonging thereto, the tithes of Myldecombe, and the rents of certain tenements in Bloxham, Newington and Mylton annexed to the said rectory, and 20s rent for tithes in Bareforde, and all manner of tithes of corn and hay and other profits and appurtenances belonging to the said rectory, the patronage of the vicarage being reserved to the Provost. For 17 years from the date of this indenture. Yearly rent £16 14 quarters of wheat and 18 quarters 4 bushells of malt and 24 fat wethers. The lessee to pay £20 before the feast of St John the Baptist next.
