Bloxham, Oxfordshire: Indenture of lease of rectory

Indenture of lease upon surrender of her former lease and for £200 to be paid by instalments, by the Provost and College, to Joan Kendell, of the rectory or parsonage of Bloxham with all lands belonging thereto, the tithes of Myldecombe, and the rents of certain tenements in Bloxham, Newington and Mylton annexed to the said rectory, and 20s rent for tithes in Bareforde, and all manner of tithes of corn and hay and other profits and appurtenances belonging to the said rectory, the patronage of the vicarage being reserved to the Provost. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Yearly rent £16 14 quarters of wheat and 18 quarters 4 bushells of malt and 40 fat wethers.
