Release, by Sir Edward Denny, junior, knight, George Fletewood of the Vache, co. Bucks, esquire, William Fletewood, of Missenden, co. Bucks, esquire, Henry Fletewood of Greys Inn, co. Middx, esquire and Willilam Kindesley, of Rosehow, co Herts, gentleman, to the Provost and College of an indenture or letter of attorney, of 22 December 1595 by which the Provost granted them power, for fifteen years then ensuing, to make a lease of the rectory of Bloxham, etc. to any three persons for their lives in survivorship, the rents remaining payable to the Provost. And release also to the Provost of a bond of £250 for the performance of the said indenture.
Witnesses: of Sir Edward Denny, Henry Bowyer, William Newton, John Gregory; of William Fletewood, John Gregorye, James Starkey; of the others, Richard Smith, John Gregorye, John Kendall, Miles Kendall.

(2) and (3) (G and W Fletewood) 15mm, Armorial; per pale nebuly six martlets counterchanged.
(4) (H Fletewood) 15mm, Armorial, the same arms as the foregoing but slightly differently engraved.
(5) (Kyndesley) 15mm, a bird.
