Bloxham, Oxfordshire: Bond in £1400

Bond, by the lessees to Jonathan Davis, Provost, in £1400 for the observance of the foregoing indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to Samuel Davis, Rev. Harry Davis, Edward Lamley, Robert Potter, John Davis and Joseph Prentice, of Wykeham, co Oxford, of the rectory or parsonage of Bloxham with all lands belonging thereto, the tithes of Myldecombe, and the rents of certain tenements in Bloxham, Newington and Mylton annexed to the said rectory, and 20s rent for tithes in Bareforde, and all manner of tithes of corn and hay and other profits and appurtenances belonging to the said rectory, the patronage of the vicarage being reserved to the Provost. From 5 April last for 10 years. Rent £16, 1008 gallons of wheat, 1332 gallons of malt and 4 fat wether sheep. Together with £44 8s 4d in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
