Bloxham, Oxfordshire: Indenture of lease of rectory

Indenture of lease, upon the surrender of the foregoing lease, by the Provost and College, to Samuel Davis, Rev. Harry Davis, Robert Potter, John Davis, and Richard Harbert, of Grimsbury, co. Northampton, grazier, and John Preedy, of Bloxham, gentleman, with the said John and Harry Davis trustees of the will of Edward Lamley, deceased, and James Page, of Culworth, co. Northampton, yeoman, of the rectory or parsonage of Bloxham with all lands belonging thereto, the tithes of Myldecombe, and the rents of certain tenements in Bloxham, Newington and Mylton annexed to the said rectory, and 20s rent for tithes in Bareforde, and all manner of tithes of corn and hay and other profits and appurtenances belonging to the said rectory, the patronage of the vicarage being reserved to the Provost.
From 5 April last for 10 years. Rent £16, 1008 gallons of wheat, 1332 gallons of malt and 4 fat wether sheep, with an additional £44 8s 4d in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
