Counterpart of Indenture of lease, upon surrender of the foregoing lease, and for £1167 11s 7d, by the Provost and College, to Anna Davis, Sarah Davis and Elizabeth, widow of William Davis of the rectory of Bloxham and lands, cottages and allotments. From 11 October last for 10 years. Rent £8 4s and 504 gallons of wheat and 666 gallons of malt and £22 6s 4d in consideration of the redemption of land tax and 20 fat wethers.
