Bloxham, Oxfordshire: Indenture of lease of rectory

Indenture of lease, upon surrender of the foregoing lease, and for £1229 0s 7d, by the Provost and College, to Anna and Sarah Davis, and Nathaniel Standerwich, of East Orielton, co. Pembroke, farmer, administrator of William Davis, deceased, of the rectory of Bloxham and lands, cottages and allotments. From 11 October 1869 for 10 years. Rent £8 4s and 504 gallons of wheat and 666 gallons of malt and £22 6s 4d in consideration of the redemption of land tax and 20 fat wethers.

On the dorse is a bargain and sale of 29 January 1878, by James Stockton, John Griffin, Nathaniel Standerwich, and Elizabeth Davis to the Provost and College of the same.
