Counterpart of indenture of lease, upon surrender of the previous lease, by the Provost and College, to Anne Hinde, of Langham Hall, co. Essex, widow of Jacob Hinde, deceased, of the rectory of Compton. From old Lady day last for 10 years.
Rent 864 gallons of wheat and 405 gallons of malt and £10 16s and one boar to be delivered a fortnight before Christmas or 26s 8d for the same.
Witnesses: Charles Hinde, Richard Gleadhill, No. 11 Lothbury, London.
Signature of lessee.
Seal, oval, 18mm, red wax. Armorial; barry, in chief a fleur de lys between two annulets (?).
