Surrey, esquire, deceased, by the Provost and the College, to Mary Moorhead, executrix of the will of the said Stratton, of the Ball at Holborn Cross in the parish of St Sepulchre's without Newgate, and another piece of ground adjoining with an old house built thereon between the Lamb on the south and Cokkyslane [Cock Lane] on the north. From Lady day last for 21 years. Rent of 40s.
