Draft of letter, from J.H. [John Hawtrey], fellow, to Mr Fisher, attorney for the College, acquainting him of the resolution of the fellows to refer to him all negotiation concerning two rents due to the College viz, 20s from a tenement on Snowhill in Holborne formerly known as the Bell, the Bell and Tun, and the Bolt and Tun, now the Golden Lyon, and 20s from another tenement there formerly know as the Cock and Key in Cock and Key Alley by Holborn Conduitt. The former was paid in 1651 by Mr Sanderson and in 1674 by Mr George Peake, the latter in 1667 by Mr Cole and in 1674 by Mr Peake. With memoranda, and draft of a letter of 9 March 1687 to Mr Fisher on the same matter.
