Copy of receipt, by Stephen Upman, bursar, of 40s from Mr John Miller, an infant under the age of 21 years, that is to say of the age of about 12 years, son and heir of John Miller, late of London, merchant, deceased, by Catherine Miller, widow, his mother and guardian, being two years quit rent from a certain messuage on Snow Hill near Holborne Bridge, heretofore called the Bell and Tunn by or near Holborne Conduit and sometime called the Bolt and Tunn and at other times the Bell and now by the signe of the Golden Lyon, now in the occupation of Richard Bull, drugster, as tenant of the said John Miller.
