Letters Patent, granting with the authority of Parliament, to the Provost and College of Eton a rent of 23s 4d paid by Richard Cokkes for the custody of a tenement called le Lombe in Distaflane [Lamb in Distaff Lane] within the city of London which he holds from Lady Day last for 24 years, with reversion of the same.
