Vintry, London: Indenture of lease of Copt Hall

Indenture of lease, upon surrender of the foregoing lease, by the Provost and College to Richard Hackett, citizen and dyer of London of the premises in the Vintry of that capital mansion, called Copt Hall in the Crane of the Vintry (within the parish of St Martin in the Vintry) with all houses and cellars thereto adjoining; with other tenements and gardens. From Michaelmas last for 40 years. Rent, for the tenement lately held by William Terrie 3s 4d, and for remainder of the premises £8.
