Indenture of lease upon surrender of the foregoing lease by master Henry Cole, Provost, and the College of Eton, to Richard Price, of Westminster, vintner, of four tenements lying on the high road in Westminster, commonly known by the name of the Queen's Arms, being between a tenement wherein Thomas Webber, deceased, lately dwelt, on the north, and a tenement wherein William Sweetingham, scrivener, now dwells, on the south, which tenements are parcels of the possessions of the Abbey of Westminster. For 40 years from this date. Rent £4 13s 4d. The lessee or his assigns to dwell on the premises.
