Indenture of lease upon surrender of the foregoing lease by master Henry Cole, Provost, and the College of Eton, to Richard Price, of Westminster, vintner, of four tenements on the high road in Westminster, commonly known by the name of the Queen's Arms, which tenements are parcels of the possessions of the Abbey of Westminster. For 40 years from this date. Rent £4 13s 4d. The lessee or his assigns to dwell on the premises.
