Indenture of lease, upon surrender of the foregoing lease, by the Provost and College to Thomas Bush, of the parish of St James, Westminster, carpenter, of a piece of ground with buildings thereon on the west side of King Street, Westminster, abutting to the south on a stable and gateway leading thereto, to the north on ground of the Collegiate church of Westminster, to the east (sic) on a common sewer and to the west (sic) on King Street, in length on the east side 41 feet 6 inches and on the west 45 feet 6 inches and from east to west on the north side 194 feet and on the north side 188 feet 3 inches as in the plan annexed appears. From Michaelmas last for 40 years. Rent £10.
