Counterpart of indenture of lease, upon surrender of the foregoing lease, by the Provost and College to Thomas Bush, of the parish of St James, Westminster, carpenter, of a piece of ground with buildings thereon on the west side of King Street, Westminster, together with two messuages or tenements and eight coach houses and six stables adjoining, built by the lessee on the said piece of ground, according to an agreement in the foregoing lease. From Michaelmas last for 40 years. Rent £10.
