Indenture of lease, upon surrender of the foregoing lease, by the Provost and College, to William Walker, of James Street, Covent Garden, upholder, David Watson, of Parliament Street, Westminster, upholder, and Henry Watson, of Bridge Street, Westminster, upholder, trustees and executors of the will of David Watson, late of Bridge Street, esquire, of a piece of ground with buildings thereon on the west side of King Street, Westminster, together with two messuages or tenements and eight coach houses and six stables adjoining. Rent £10, together with £4 10s in consideration of the redemption of Land Tax.
