Indenture of lease, for £921 7s and the surrender of the foregoing lease, by the Provost and College, to David Watson, of Craven Street, Strand, gentleman, and William Waton Walker, of Chatham, co. Kent, gentleman, of a piece of ground with buildings thereon on the west side of King Street, Westminster, together with two messuages or tenements and eight coach houses and six stables adjoining. The two messuages are described as being numbered 32 and 33 King Street and containing in breadth 21 feet and in depth 85 feet. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent £10, together with £4 10s in consideration of the redemption of Land Tax.
