Indenture of lease, for £323 5s and the surrender of the foregoing lease by the Provost and College, to David Watson, of Craven Street, Strand, gentleman, and William Waton Walker, of Chatham, co. Kent, gentleman, of a piece of ground with buildings thereon on the west side of King Street, Westminster, together with two messuages or tenements and eight coach houses and six stables adjoining. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent £10, together with £4 10s in consideration of the redemption of Land Tax.
