Indenture of survey, of messuages or tenements called the Queenes Armes [Queen's Arms], situated on the west side of Kingstreet in the city of Westminster leased to Richard Price, of Westminster, vintner, by the Provost and College, and delivered to the latter in performance of a covenant on the lessee's part contained in the lease. The tenements measure in length from east to west, i.e. between the street and the common sewer, 185 feet; in breadth, on the east end next the street 41 feet and 6 ins. on the west end next the sewer 41 feet 2 ins.
